Pre-Orders Some products on Lady Demisticus are available for pre-order prior to their release date. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be charged at the time of purchase. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped (or delivered digitally) once the product becomes available.

Pre-order release dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Cancellations Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped or the digital file has been delivered. To cancel a pre-order, please contact us at shadowymooner21@gmail.com with your order number.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and the item shipped or digital file delivered, our standard return and refund policy applies.

Changes to Orders If you need to make changes to a pre-order (such as shipping address or format), please contact us as soon as possible at shadowymooner21@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfillment has begun.
